Introduction
wvARC’s Code of Conduct and Ethics is rooted in lived experience. From humble beginnings as an electrical apprentice, through decades in controls and automation, to founding two training businesses (Imperial Automation and Precision Training) that were later acquired by national and multinational organizations, William Valedis has seen how integrity and dignity shape both education and enterprise.
Our Commitments
- Human Dignity: Every learner, client, and partner is treated with respect, regardless of background or circumstance.
- Integrity in Practice: We honor the trust placed in us by teaching thousands of tradespeople, technicians, and engineers domestically and internationally, always emphasizing process, communication, and problem‑solving over speed.
- Transparency and Accountability: Our consultancy resists transactional norms. We do not chase KPIs or quick fixes; we build ethical pathways forward.
- Equity and Inclusion: We acknowledge systemic barriers and commit to creating spaces of access and renewal.
- Sanctuary Ethos: Every engagement is a sanctuary for reflection, dialogue, and ethical transformation.
Closing
This Code is not a checklist but a living tradition. It reflects decades of teaching, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, converging in wvARC’s mission: to rehumanize career and vocational transitions with clarity, dignity, and renewal.
